Taste of Atlanta 2008 is held in the streets of Atlantic Station, in the heart of Midtown on October 11 & 12, 2008.

What is Taste of Atlanta?

Taste of Atlanta is a two - day outdoor festival held in the streets of Atlantic Station that offers patrons the opportunity to experience more than 70 of Atlanta's favorite restaurants, cooking demonstrations from national and local chefs, live entertainment, the Wine Experience and Bowling & Brews.*

* You must be at least 21 years of age to attend the Wine Experience, Bowling & Brews, or to purchase or consume alcohol.

How Much are Tickets?

General Admission: $25 in advance/$35 day of event.

General Admission tickets include 10 Taste Coupons.

VIP Tickets: $75 August 15 - September 15 / $95 September 16-October 12.

VIP tickets include 20 Taste Coupons, VIP access into both the Wine Experience at the TWELVE Hotel Ballroom, one wine tasting class, and Bowling & Brews at Ten Pin Alley. The first 500 VIP patrons at the event each day will receive a Taste of Atlanta gift bag.

VIP Georg Riedel Ticket: $195. The VIP Georg Riedel ticket includes the Georg Riedel wine tasting class at 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 11 and a set of 4 Riedel Vitis wine tasting glasses in addition to the VIP package listed above.

Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by a ticketed adult with a wristband.

Where do I Park?

The streets of Atlantic Station will be closed to vehicle traffic to accommodate the festival. Parking is located in the parking decks. Taste of Atlanta strongly encourages you to take MARTA. Click here for detailed directions as well as information on MARTA and Atlantic Station shuttle services.

What happens throughout the weekend?

More than 70 of Atlanta's favorite restaurants will be located in individual tents located throughout the retail district in Atlantic Station. Each restaurant will be serving up their own specialties. In addition, the event also features a Wine Experience, Bowling & Brews, a Kid's Avenue, live cooking demonstrations from local and national celebrity chefs and live entertainment.

What else can I expect at Taste of Atlanta?

In addition to all the great food, come experience plenty of other activities at the festival. Take in a cooking demonstration from a top national or local chef, experience Country Road, our local, sustainable street, or stroll around enjoying the displays and interactive activities!
