Ted Allen Cooking Demos
Best known for his role as the food and wine specialist on the Emmy Award-winning hit Queer Eye, Ted Allen will be hosting Robert Mondavi Private Selection's Crush in the City at Taste of Atlanta! Ted will be at the event on Saturday conducting cooking demos throughout the day. Ted serves as the Robert Mondavi Food and Wine Ambassador, offering his expertise on pairing wine with food for everyday enjoyment. Ted currently appears regularly as a judge on Top Chef and Food Network's Iron Chef America.

Chef and The Fatman
In 2002 Chef Fred Genovese joined forces with his Co-Host Kevin Jenkins who had created the only live cooking radio show in the Country called Chef and the Fatman the Blue Collar Chefs. They have also developed a line of Chef and the Fatman Love Rub and Seasonings. Kevin and Chef have also co-authored a cookbook Chef and the Fatman the Red White and Blue (Collar) Cookin', available now.

Rocco has authored 3 cookbooks, won the James Beard Award for Flavor and starred in the 2003/2004 hit series, The Restaurant on NBC. He has also appeared on numerous television shows including, The Today Show, David Letterman, Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Good Morning America, Oprah, and Bravo's Top Chef.

Marietta High School Culinary teams have placed in the top three in the state for the ProStart Competitions every year for the past six years. ProStart is a program, created by the National Restaurant Association for high school that teaches advanced culinary skills along with business management training to prepare students for careers in the hospitality industry. Lead by teacher Dee Smith with Chef Mentor Eric Lewis, these talented passionate culinary students are already practicing hard for the 2008 competition.
